This pair of gorgeous birds were again at the special bird habitat at the campground on Sanibel Island. I'm not being secretive, there's only one R.V. Park on Sanibel!

Nice shot of a pair of Ruddy Shelducks 
They're a mostly inland species that breed in Mongolia and the northern bits of China...often in the middle of nowhere. I once rode a horse out into a vast featureless grassland to find these...and when I did they were just dots on the far side of the horizon
